Western #Afghanistan has suffered two massive earthquakes this week, making rescue operations increasingly more difficult. Satellogic captured this #satelliteimage on October 12 revealing the destruction of a small village in the Herat Province. #earthquake

@geospatialy @OpenAerialMap @openstreetmap It's a resource where #drone imagery is stored to support organizations like @osmuganda to digitize data to @openstreetmap . This is mostly handled in areas where the current available imagery is outdated during disaster response projects.
