@KenneyNL im going to make some assumptions, game audio is mostly stereo/mono sounds so a stereo pair mic at minimum, audio interface/mixer with phantom power and digital to pc, cables and stands/rigs. if budget further allows get other microphone types.

A question for audio folks! 🎤 I've built a recording studio but it's completely empty and I want to start recording new foley sounds for free distribution. If you'd have a $1,000 USD budget - what is the equipment you'd buy? (soundproof booth + computer is handled)
