@getflex_hq D approval process can damage my credit score. Do U guys do any credit Inquire at all?Bcuase my landlord just sent an email saying that d app is available 2 help during this tough times but if d process to get me approved will hurt my credit then I won’t take it.

@getflex_hq I just received an email saying because of covid-19 my account was cancelled because my payment portal no longer accepts them, yet they are on the list. I just paid my subscription fee and am paid in full. I’m panicking now......

honestly the compassionate and humane things to do in this time would be to waive or at the very least lower the qualifications for approval since @getflex_hq could save so many people from being evicted right now

property manager sent an email we could pay our rent over the month piecemeal with @getflex_hq but when my partner and i went to do it we each got denied, me for credit and him for banking. i feel like we should've been approved since we always pay rent together and never late
