Hey @podomatic, is it true that you will only offer feed redirects to paid customers and not folks on your free plan? We have received a complaint that one of your customers isn't able to leave your service without paying money to do so.

We sincerely apologize to the affected customers. While there is no indication that there are any ongoing issues, please don't hesitate to reach out if you see something amiss.

As a remediation for this issue, we're adding additional validations that test a diverse sampling of real customer feeds in our preproduction environment, which we believe would have avoided this regression.

We experienced a brief feed outage due to a software deployment lasting approximately 35 minutes. In this time, some podcasts were unavailable on Spotify. Our services have recovered and we believe all affected customer podcasts are fully available again.

Everything is back online!

Podcast reviews will also not be indexed, new episode notifications will not be delivered (for the tip jar). Newly published episodes may not show a duration (or show a slightly incorrect duration) until the outage is over. 2/2
