@HighwaysEngland M25 jct 26 to 24 3 emergency refuges in use and 1 bus half off carriageway I would have thought would reduce speed but apparently not on this "smart" motorway

@HighwaysEngland a job very badly done shutting M25 @ Jct 25. That's always going to go well especially when you dont say it on the matrix after jct 26 exit. You've screwed us!
