‘Code Lyoko’ is officially returning with a brand-new sequel series currently in production, set to serve as Season 5.
The project is currently in the writing stage, with the original creators and voice cast expected to return nearly 19 years after the show’s last season aired.

My version of black identity is different from someone else's , my version of queerness is different. And it is all valid. The point is to have a variety of work that showcases how everything can be different. Stop putting the weight of the world on one person's shoulders.

i just think marginalized creators should also be given the grace to make stuff they like without the pressure of it having to be a masterpiece or the pressures of being a voice for their entire community

so, I dunno, ask yourself why you're making a fuss over Kickstarter goals or expecting perfection. some projects won't be your cup of tea. or you would've tried a different strategy for your Kickstarter, and that's OK! this does NOT mean you need to go bash the creator over it 💙

@breanimator there's just like...lots of support for the concept of uplifting indie creators from marginalized groups to tell the stories they want & little respect for what it actually entails (marketing strategy, project goals / scope, and cost of production) to make them a reality
