@goodyear Please re-engineer your windshield wipers. Attempted to put on a wiper for a 2016 Mazda CX9. Two men, following directions and watching YouTube videos, couldn’t get it on. Now, two trips to the stores.

Bought a new tyre from Goodyear and it already has a sidewall swelling. Complaint raised → No engineer visit. Dealership → Zero help. Goodyear team → No response. A safety defect and total silence? Unacceptable. @Goodyear fix this NOW.

If you are thinking about going to @goodyear for an oil change, please don’t. I got one last Thursday and they didn’t out enough oil in my car but of course charged me for extra oil. After learning this they didn’t have the decency to say they would be closed and gone at 5:00 pm

Goodyear, the tires I bought just 7 months ago now have structural bulges and make loud noise at high speed. This shouldn’t happen so soon. I expect an urgent solution. Please respond ASAP @goodyear
