It is often proven when gun control advocates’ private comments are exposed. They know it’s not law-abiding citizens committing violence and crime. They know their bills will not affect public safety at all. They just want your guns.

Now she want’s ban owning them completely. Do not let your fellow citizens believe that they will stop at just a ‘ “sales ban!” “If these weapons are too dangerous to be sold in Rhode Island, then we really should have addressed possession at the same time, we didn’t and this bill corrects that. This bill is narrow and targeted. It does not expand definitions. I applies only to firearms already covered under Rhode Island law. It simply addresses one word: ‘Possess’. “
