Today at @Law360, our parent company announced record profits for 2023, and then our EIC laid off 10% of the newsroom. Horrendous.

After one year at the bargaining table, @Law360's management is refusing to respond to many proposals critical to its workers’ health. This means its workers have been left hanging with substandard sick leave, parental leave and other key benefits

The big brains up in @Law360 management have gone nearly a year (!!!) without responding to the Law360 union's sick leave, parental leave, retirement benefits and PTO proposals. Corny! Shameful! Anyway here's a graphic detailing how embarrassing our parental leave policy is.

Nearly a year into bargaining, I stand with my colleagues in urging @Law360 management to respond to our many outstanding proposals because we've been ignored for far too long on on important issues like humane sick and parental leave allotments and an inclusive holiday policy

@Law360 and @LexisNexis, 3 sick days and 6 weeks of parental leave (with reduced pay, no less) is absolutely inadequate. Just look at our competitors — and even our own parent company. Stop ghosting our proposals! 👻
