Migrated my blog onto @flydotio, and it was surprisingly pleasant and straightforward. (apart from the usual DNS record hell that I get wrong 100% of the time)

@jwilf Oh aye, I know they're not just removing security completely but it's a strange choice to remove a security option from free accounts. (Cost saving, from what I can see on here).

Getting a seasonal illness and not being employed is just rubbish. I’m accustomed to getting paid to be unwell.

@quii @gypsydave5 Nobody likes XML, it's way too Enterprise. Annotations take up far fewer characters and you can sprinkle them liberally throughout your code so that intrepid explorers following you can play a fun game of Hunt the Bean!

@gypsydave5 Well you see the Java lads hated having to have XML files everywhere to abstract away having to use the "new" keyword, so instead they brought in annotations. Which are better. For some reason.
