After lots of thought and prayers, I have decided to continue my academic and athletic career at Lindsey Wilson University. I'd first like to thank God for the ability to play the sport I love. First day off College workouts!! Got after it loved every second of it! Hit 275 for 6 on my last set of front squat. Got some good explosive work in as well. I will soon be offering small group and one on one training sessions for youth until I leave for Lindsey Wilson University in July. Limited spots available. This is a great time for your child to learn proper running form, speed and agility drills, and some position specific drills.
