Backing the GOAT🐐 Shohei Ohtani Over 6.5 K +104 (.85u) Dodgers 🚙 Cooked w/ @WizBetz 🪄 Really love Shohei in his 2026 Season Debut. In his last Spring Training start, Ohtani got 11 strikeouts vs the Angels, a + matchup for Ks. He got up to 86 pitches which would make me expect he’s good for 90+ today. Last year he had 7+ Ks in only 33% of games, however that number is misleading. The Dodgers slowly ramped up his workload over the back half of the season, increasing his pitch count by only 5-10 pitches a start. Across his 6 starts where he had 80+ pitches he had 7+ Ks in 5 of them (83%). He gets Cleveland today who has been a K machine to start 2026. They have a 32.9% K rate vs RHP on the year, 3rd worst in MLB. Their lineup should feature 7 LHH, which was Ohtani’s stronger split in 2025 by FAR (38.6% vs 28.6%). Books have his PO line at 17.5 slightly juiced to the over, so I would expect 5-6 innings today. Ohtani in this premier matchup should be able to clear this line with ease.

WizBetz MLB Strikeouts Ladder⚾️🪜 Jack Leiter Strikeouts — add 14.5 Outs to all legs— 🪜 5+ Ks (+134 DK | 0.75 units) 🪜 6+ Ks (+222 DK | 0.45 units) 🪜 7+ Ks (+385 DK | 0.25 units) Collab with @BsblrBets ✈️ ❤️Like if you love Ladders🪜 This ladder is a PARLAY with 14.5 Outs on all 3 legs. DraftKings, Bet365, and other books are dumb and don't realize Outs correlate with Strikeouts. Let's take advantage and get these elite odds. If, for some reason, you can't combine the 2, just tail with strikeouts for the same units, then do a side bet of over 14.5 outs for 0.5 units Leiter comes into 2026 with high expectations, and through Spring Training, he has lived up to the task. Across 22 IP (including an unofficial start vs. the Dodgers minor leagues in a back field), Leiter had 24 Ks, 5 BBs, and a 3.27 ERA. The command is the biggest thing that has jumped off the page for Leiter. A 2.0 BB/9 (what he achieved in 2025 ST) would be HALF of what he recorded in 2025. If Leiter can pound the strike zone consistently, he has a chance to represent Texas in Philadelphia in the All-Star Game. In his first start, he gets Baltimore, who has multiple high K targets vs RHP littered throughout the lineup. 2025 K% v,s RHP 📉Taylor Ward - 26% 📉Gunnar Henderson - 19.5% 📉Pete Alonso - 20.0% ↔️ Adley Rutschman - 15.7% 📉Samuel Basallo - 26.9% 📉Dylan Beavers - 28.6% 📉Coby Mayo - 29.9% 📉Colton Cowser - 35.4% 📉Jeremiah Jackson - 24.8% Joe Ryan finished with 7 Ks and Taj Bradley had 9 vs Baltimore in the first two games of the season. Leiter finished with 6 Ks a piece in each of his last three starts. He went 5 IP vs OAK in 57 pitches, 6 IP vs LAD in 81 pitches, and finally a tuneup start vs KC going 4 IP 6 Ks in just 56 pitches. He is managing innings effectively while also producing Ks. For that reason, pairing the POs with the Ks seems like the logical thing to do. Leiter went 15+ POs in 69% of games last year, and only has 3 games in his career going 5+ Ks while staying under 14.5 PO.
