I believe sens asked him about 2yrs from now & he didn’t give them the ‘yes’ answer on resigning they wanted & left it open-ended. they thought get as much for him now before media grabs it and they get less. Hockey is huge in Florida, I mean just look at all these fans who showed up to this Stanley Cup party.
Surely you'd see a similar sized crowd in Chicago, Detroit, Philly, etc - let alone any Canadian market - if this happened there because hockey just so huge in Florida.

SCOTUS themselves explicitly carved out several instances where speech is unprotected. An easy Google search can tell you that.
