@stefan_zizka Lekarzom się chce. Znasz moje zdanie. Uważam, że za większymi wynagrodzeniami dla lekarzy poszła wyższa jakość, a u pielęgniarek to raczej nie. Można zapytać pani minister (pielęgniarka) ile recept wystawiła :)

Pamiętacie jak mówiłem że idziemy śladami NHS kropka w kropkę? No więc ciąg dalszy zabawy trwa. 🙃 Panią minister uświadamiam, że pielęgniarki mogą już pisać recepty TYLKO Z TEGO NIE KORZYSTAJĄ czemu? Bo mają ograniczoną wiedzę co do farmakokinetyk czy interakcji lekowych. Moga wypisywać recepty kontynuacyjne. APN - to ślepa uliczka co NHs nam już udowodnił wielokrotnie. Po co popełniamy te same błędy? Dodatkowo są estymacje że przez demografię będzie nam brakować 200tys pielęgniarek. Dawanie im jeszcze większego zakresu kompetencji sprawi że będzie ich brakować w systemie jeszcze więcej. Czy zapaść systemu jest po prostu celem samym w sobie ? Medkorpo sieciówki lubią to.
