TWO DAYS later, Stephen Vincent Chavez got her drunk and r*ped her for hours. R*pe kit confirmed His DNA. Makayla died by s*icide 5 months later. DA says case may not go to trial because there is no living victim to testify. This is insane. How does DNA evidence from your own daughter not guarantee justice? Chavez out on $250K bail.
