Passed every stock's quarterly filings through Claude and told it to look for dirt. See how bad your stock picks are. amiregarded.com

$SPY $QQQ $USO @gregw134 (the one who started the $OPEN rally on WSB) just created a website to "find out if your stock picks are trash". I fucking $LOVE it. amiregarded.com

@DudesonZach @mdragoferrante Long term yes. Short term there might be some volatility for a couple quarters. They couldn't pass on tariff costs so they might still have some of that inventory to work through. We don't really know.

@Mr_Derivatives I actually bought a small amount of puts on $wmt last week. I don't care what the story is pe of 40 for 4% projected growth doesn't make sense. IV is really low too.

Every company with a market cap over $500B sorted by highest Forward P/E. What do you notice outside Tesla? $WMT..

@mdragoferrante I'm glad he used the phrase "tariffs were a hard time" in the past tense

@gregw134 Hey Greg, Any new updates you have after that quarter disappointed? I noticed it’s been pretty flat around this range for a while wonder if you would be scooping up more shares?

"During oral arguments last Wednesday for a case that will decide the fate of Trump's tariffs, most Supreme Court justices expressed skepticism that the duties were legal." Good for $SWAG

@Benzino1936 @Venu_7_ I think I'm a dummy for writing this right before the quarterly report. It's still a great company, growing despite tariffs, but tariffs hit a lot harder than expected in q3 right after the stock had rallied and people clearly sold off. Lesson learned.

A little disappointing honestly. I was hoping for break-even and they had a 1.3M loss. Not huge but below expectations. Their competitor SGC also had a drop in Q3 due to tariff-related order pull forward, they probably had the same thing happen here. The call is tomorrow, we'll learn then. Margins dropped a bit too. So yeah disappointing but not entirely unexpected. $400k in buy backs so they feel confident in the company, and Q4 is always their best quarter. Looking forward to hearing more detail on the call tomorrow.

@mdragoferrante I'm hearing it's only $200 billion in fees collected. The US would just have to borrow $200 billion more to pay it back. That's not a good thing but the US already borrows that much every five weeks so it's not really going to hurt the economy.

@gregw134 Do you think the negatives for the economy of $2tn payback would outweigh the positives for $SWAG though?

@gnoble79 I know you're not a big fan of $OPEN but I found an interesting value stock: gregw134.substack.com/p/swag-empire Potential long-term compounder at an early stage. Curious to know what you think about it.

@8bitsteveo Man you gotta get in on $swag… @gregw134 did a fantastic write up that makes a lot of sense. He basically found open before it was a thing.

@LeoGoldenDoodle If people start seeing net income for a few quarters alongside growth and a successful rollup story I'm hoping this could relate pretty hard

@LeoGoldenDoodle We probably want to buy this at a discount until we actually see those numbers print in Q3 and Q4, especially given tariff uncertainty. But if they're profitable as expected pe of 12 is pretty good for a growth story.

Wrote an 18-page report on a potential 100-bagger corporate $SWAG company. Same play as $POOL which returned a 650x to investors from 1995 to 2021 by buying up distributors in a boring niche industry. Extremely undervalued at $39M market cap for a profitable growth company with $108M revenue and 95% YoY growth, no debt. gregw134.substack.com/p/swag-empire
