Your entire brand identity of "we will host any and all mods banned by Nexus" is the reason you will never gain the vast majority of models authors as users. They simply do not want to be associated with those kinds of mods. Even if Nexus shuts down you will not gain a huge influx of users someone will just make a new versionof Nexus.

Turns out that was fraud and instead he’s running a food truck, but that’s not all
His Indian wife is opening up a bunch of businesses and having this man run them, this is illegal because according to the H-1B visa rules, he can not work anywhere but the job he was brought over to work
