Group 4 collaborated w/ an affordable housing developer on a feasibility study and early concepts to transform an existing @SantaCruzMETRO bus tarmac into a transit oriented development to support the southern extents of METRO's service area & address critical housing shortages.

This was also a great opportunity for our interns and young designers to learn from our senior architects about real-world constructability issues and building details. Stay tuned for more updates as construction pushes forward.

It was great to see steel framing for what will be a landmark destination for dynamic programming & world-class recreation + aquatic facilities. Soaring volumes, strong indoor-outdoor connections, & integration into City Park stood out to our staff visiting for the first time.

Group 4 staff toured the job site of our new Recreation + Aquatic Center for the @CityofSanBruno yesterday. Getting out of the office after a 3-day weekend just felt right….
