The older i get, the more i realize how many men are carrying heavy burdens in silence. Some are struggling with stress, loss, financial pressure, family responsibilities, loneliness or simply the feeling that they have to keep going no matter what. From the outside, they look fine yet inside it may be a different story. This Mental Health Awareness Month, i want to remind every man that speaking up does not make you weak. Asking for help does not make you less of a man. We all need support at different points in life. If you are going through something difficult, don’t carry it alone. Talk to a friend, a family member, a colleague, or a professional. Sometimes a simple conversation can make a bigger difference than we imagine. Many men are fighting battles we know nothing about. It is time we made it easier for them to speak and easier for us to listen. Break the silence ! #MentalHealthAwareness #BreakTheSilence #MensMentalHealth
