Aku rasa sebagian karena campur aduk antara tech dan kebijakan. Dulu kami rutin riset sampai ke 3T untuk dengar suara guru2, supaya bisa kami jadikan masukan bagi pembuat kebijakan. Pembuat kebijakan ini siapa? Mungkin ada yang mengira itu tim tech sendiri, apalagi ada narasi yang beredar terkait "shadow org". Aku memang sempat dengar, ada pakar2 yang bisa beri masukan terkait kebijakan di kementerian. Pakar2 itu bukan bagian dari tim tech, namun dari narasi "shadow org" sepertinya banyak yang salah mengira mereka adalah bagian dari kami. Aku rasa kesalahpahaman ini salah satu kontributor kenapa tech dan kebijakan dirasa campur aduk jadi satu. Sesungguhnya ini dua hal yang berbeda dan terpisah. Tech patuh ke arahan dari pembuat kebijakan, bukan sebaliknya. Dalam hal ini, pembuat kebijakan adalah para pejabat struktural yang ditentukan kementerian, mungkin dengan mempertimbangkan masukan dari berbagai pakar di atas. Sayangnya, arahan yang kami terima untuk jadi prioritas pengembangan, terkadang tidak sesuai dengan suara hati guru yang kami dengar dan coba sampaikan. Arahan ini karena pemerintah pusat maupun daerah juga punya program2 sendiri. Seperti misalnya untuk mengukur sasaran kinerja, padahal aplikasinya dirancang untuk pembelajaran guru. Sesungguhnya kami sering berada di sisi guru juga dalam berusaha mendengar dan menyuarakan apa yang mereka alami, kalau tidak kami ngga akan riset ke daerah dengan rutin seperti di bawah. Dari semua yang aku tulis di atas, aku berharap setidaknya bisa meluruskan, bahwa tech sudah berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk membela kepentingan guru sebagai pengguna. Dan komunitas tech secara umum perlu ingat juga, kalau tech yang efektif adalah yang berlandaskan empati. Inovasi ngga bisa berdiri sendiri, tapi perlu sebisa mungkin gotong royong dengan suara pengguna.

Suami saya mungkin naif. Hadir memberikan masukan dengan niat bantu negara, agar teknologinya bisa lebih hemat dan efisien. Tapi tanpa dia sadari, mungkin ada yang "terusik" melihat pengadaan negara bisa dihemat triliunan rupiah. Semoga Allah selalu melindungi kami sekeluarga.

Suami saya membuat negara hemat Rp2,5T dari masukannya untuk hapus pengadaan server ujian bagi sekolah siap internet, dan ini terungkap di persidangan. Bahkan Ahli IT menyetujui, ini adalah masukan terbaik. Apakah ini, alasan kami dizalimi? Apakah ada yang tidak suka, kalau Indonesia bisa berhemat triliunan rupiah? Apakah ada yang terganggu, dengan teknologi yang lebih baik dan tepat sasaran? Apakah ini, dosa Ibam? Semoga Allah menunjukkan kebenaran, serta selalu melindungi kami sekeluarga.
