An excellent feed at Tiger Yard in Cardiff Bay last night. Guest trader St Amand Barbecue (former head chef of Hang Fire) was knocking out delicious St Louis ribs with a lovely tenderness and rich bark. Their garlic parmesan wings were absolutely belting too. #Cardiff
