Let every drop be a blessing, covering the mountains, the fields, and every place touched by fire. Father, we lift up every family who has lost or is in danger of losing their home. Wrap them in your comfort and strength. Be their shelter in this storm. Watch over the animals, the land, and all of your creation that is suffering. Lord, we pray protection over the firefighters and first responders. Give them strength when they are exhausted, courage when the flames rise, and safety in every step they take. Surround them with your presence and bring them home safely. God, we trust you even in this moment of fear and uncertainty. We know you see every spark, every tear, every need. Please, Lord—hear our prayer and send the rain. Amen ❤️

A supercell passing over Canton, Missouri, made for quite a sight as the sky turned green and sunset painted the horizon pink. The storm produced tornadoes in nearby communities but brought only rain and strong wind gusts to Canton.
