Police officer repeatedly forcefully booting a man in the head. It's very hard to say how this was either necessary or helpful. Actually it's quite disgraceful. They are behaving like thugs.

Mark Rowley needs to explain why his officers didn't take the stabbing of a Muslim seriously. Had they done so, the subsequent stabbing of two Jews might not have happened.
