@swap3195 @helpdeskmsedcl @CMDMSEDCL @NPCI_BHIM Same thing has happened with me while paying @MSEDCL MSEDC bill. 2 times transaction failed, third time it was successful but still i got double bill amount for Jan'2020. Then i found out that money has gone to tpslQR@icici ... what does that mean? Can anybody explain?

@MSEDCL Bill paid via BHIM. Amount got deducted from bank but didn't reflect on msedcl website. Ended up paying again. Already informed helpdesk_pg@mahadiscom but no reply. UPI TX id 812820033196 Consumer number 160220789605

Hey @Paytm I used paytm as the payment gateway for paying my @helpdeskmsedcl electricity bill of Rs.810 on 3/9/2019. The money got deducted but bill was not paid. I waited for few days but the money has not been refunded to my account yet.

@helpdeskmsedcl @CMDMSEDCL hi, I have paid bill on 22 July 19 through Google pay ,and it showing as purchase confirmed by MSEDCL. Yet even after 3 days it is no showing on site that the bill is paid.
I have also mailed the same yet did not got any response.
