I resonate with like 2% of the opinions on twitter these days. People's opinions & perspectives are getting objectively stupider. And I think it has to do with A.I. just as we get A.I. slop. So too has it infected the minds of those using it and turned their ideas into slop.

I made this a few weeks ago after a 4 day. It was amazing! Mash up one avocado until it’s creamy. Add 2 -3 tablespoons or as much as you would like of Organic Hemp Hearts to the avocado and mix together. Salt & pepper to taste. Set aside. Add some Kettle and Fire butter bone broth to a pan bring it to a warm temperature, but not boiling. Do not microwave! Add avocado to broth once it’s nice and hot. Stir to incorporate. Simmer on warm for about 15 or 20 minutes stirring frequently. Then set aside and let cool. Slowly sip 1/2 cup over a 60 minute window.

@Laskii5 The last two days of the fast were probably the best in terms of energy and clarity. Sharp, lots of energy, no crashes. After refeeding on clean food it feels like your on drugs. Massive amount of dopamine and serotonin spikes from eating. It's an amazing feeling.

Every once in a while you meet someone who seems more Alive than everyone else. It's like everyone else is pretending to exist, but they're actually consciousness manifest - they're dynamic, both funny and tragic, passionate, aware. They've got eyes that actually look at things instead of merely passing them over. It's like coming into contact with the kind of person reality was actually made for.
