Provoked by German submarine attacks & the Germans urging Mexico to attack the U.S., Congress approved a Declaration of War. 4.7 million Americans eventually served in the Great War. @BarredinDC Had to economize. I don't think any of those rankings are "one neighborhood" but I decided to link neighborhoods or it'd have been too long a list! Maybe next year I'll just make a really long list because I do get the criticisms of some of the combos.
