After smoking for 33yrs I can tell you with absolute certainty that weed makes you dumber, less confident & it hurts your sleep. Weed is addictive and of all the drugs I’ve done, and I’ve done a lot, weed was the worst for me and hardest to quit.🍄 in nature is good, that is all.

@robzolkos @dvassallo TLDR since the ACA demands insurance compnys can charge premiums at a maximum of 120% of the total claims they take in, they have no incentive to reduce the price of claims. In fact, they have incentive to get it higher so they keep more $$ (20% of 200 is higher than 20% of $100)

@dvassallo It’s misleading. The ACA stipulated that health insurance companies can only keep 20% (sometimes 15%) of their revenue for profit/expenditures and the rest must be paid out to claims. Thus, UHC created Optum n moved all their non-insurance activities that make loads of $$ there
