*Cardiff city relegated to League One* It’s a sad day and season for the club. First time in 22 yrs that the club will be playing where we once took them from. It’s no surprise because for a few years the team and the fans have been suffering and I hope the club can have some better decisions and some much needed honest reviews in order to bring their club back to higher levels. The club need to reenergise the values,fan energy and history to the core of the club 💙

Congratulations @Wrexham_AFC A day of mixed emotions as a Cardiff City fan living in Wrexham. My first Cardiff game was against Wrexham in League Two at Ninian Park. Both clubs have been on quite a journey over the past 26 years. Wonder what the next 26 holds for them both

We need a Welsh Based @theRCOT member to sit on RCOT council. Wales leads the world in occupational therapy, and we need a strong Welsh voice on council. Is that you??? This is a strategic and important role to help shape the future of RCOT and the profession. Go for it

@JCManish4 Agreed. If they're paying 70% of his wages between now and June that's a £5 million saving which could be seen as part of the transfer fee. Not sure if there are any extras in the deal too. Still seems cheap but his value will continue to go down if he stays and we don't play him

We paid 75 million for a striker who had 9 goals in his entire career. Maybe my standards are higher than yours but we should be demanding at least 60 million for a guy who is our 12th highest goal scorer.

Worth noting that the Digital Voice landline switch over means there could be people in this snowfall without contact due to the power cuts as well. When you are due the switch, ensure if relevant you register as a vulnerable customer.

Can any runners recommend a lightweight waterproof running jacket that won’t break the bank? I don’t want to spend too much money as won’t wear it often. But for winter running in North Wales I’m going to need one
