I keep a few spray bottles of lavender essential oil in water. One in the bathroom that I also use as a room spray and one by my bed that I spray the sheets with after they are washed. Win win. I have a bottle of vanilla essential oil mixed with jojoba oil that I tab on topically sometimes instead of using an endocrine disrupting perfume.

Spraying air fresheners like Febreze is one of the lowest IQ things a person can possibly do.

Unpopular opinion but the only reason that our pets need veterinarians is because they are vaccinated and eat “food” that isn’t even food. Pet foods are loaded with industrial chemicals like BHT, propalyne glycol and seed oils that animals would never eat in nature. Pet vaccines are loaded with formaldehyde, polysorbate 80 and fetal cell lines from aborted humans babies. Injecting our pets with fetal cell lines from aborted human babies and all of these chemicals is not optimal for their health. It almost seems like If we just completely stopped vaccinating them and feeding them concentrated chemicals they would no longer need veterinarians.

Most people who have addictions do not realize they can simply go to sleep and wake up as a completely new person. Addicted to smoking? Addicted to drugs? Addicted to porn? Addicted to eating junk food? Addicted to scrolling? This just means you created bad contracts with these vices in your mind. The way to break these contracts is to recognize that these vices do absolutely nothing good for you and any “pleasure” that you get from them is just an illusion.
