@hostnine Once I would tell EVERYONE how good HostNine was because I’d finally found a web host with highly technical, problem-solving support-chat staff who always go the extra mile. Now, it’s worse than GoDaddy 🥺. A customer/evangelist for almost a decade, and I’m about to go.

@hostnine Can’t reply to tickets in my support page (says I don’t have permission??).
Can’t reply to support emails from my work address as you’ve banned our entire email server (and it’s been WAY MORE than 24hrs).
And now I see emails to you from my gmail don’t even get through. 😢

I have been a client for a long time and have been asking for the ability to add SSL from lets encrypt for free. Get nothing but lies. You're going to lose my business. If there's some way of applying a free SSL please let me know.
@hostnine it's impossible to email you, log in or get a password reset or get support so I can't pay. I've even tried creating a new account with support but I don't get a confirmation email. And now you've suspended my site :-(

@lordofseo It seems you are asking about the autorenewal of Let's Encrypt SSL Certs. We currently do not offer that. If you do have an SSL from them though that you need installed, our support team can take care of that for you.
@lordofseo If you have an SSL certificate that is not expired, you are welcome to use it on your server. Contact Live Chat Support they can create a ticket for you to have the SSL certificate installed if you need assistance.
