Guys a LECTURER is someone who teaches at an institution of higher learning. They can have any qualification (usually a Masters or PhD).
A DOCTOR is someone with a PhD.
A PROFESSOR is someone with a PhD AND extensive publications and academic contributions to their field.

aku pernah interview satu company kat kl and time tu dia mmg downgrade aku gila2 and ckp aku ni muda lagi and prolly akan tukar2 company in the next 2 to 3 years. esok tu aku terus dpt offer from hr but i rejected it. turns out dorg nak tngok mcm mne aku handle the situation.
