Hi HyperX I’m having an issue with my HyperX Cloud III Wireless headset. The USB dongle is not working on my PlayStation and doesn’t light up, but it works fine on my laptop
I’ve tried reconnecting but no luck. Can you help me or advise if I need a replacement?

@HyperX 5years ago, when I wanted new ear cushions for my Cloud Alpha, customer support told me they were still under warranty and sent me a new set for free...
Now the warranty has obviously expired,
how can I get new ones?
I can't find them as replacement parts on the website.

@AzulBlitz Hmm, the braided cable should help prevent tangling. Are you possibly twisting the cable during use for example, by spinning in a chair or something similar?
