Not quite. That would only be the case if every shoe had the exact same number of pairs, same number of entrants & the exact same number of winners/losers. As people win, the pool “resets” them back to the back of the line, leaving a smaller number of winners continuously being pushed further ahead as their scores increase. It’s not a scam, but it is a lottery. Peoples problem is they keep mistaking increased chances for a guarantee & they never guaranteed anyone anything except more fairness - which it is.
