@iPageSupport I am trying to get help, I am on my 4th phone call. The person I just spoke to explained to me how it was all my fault and bla bla bla. Customer service? All I want is what's mine that iPage has, not a condescending lecture.
@iPage absolutely diabolical service from the live chat support team. I have had 3 separate calls, the last one being over 2 hours and my query has still not been resolved. Terrible communication and I can only conclude that the knowledge of the staff is very poor.
yo @iPage - I was charged $258 from you guys via Paypal for a subscription...I have NO idea what this charge is, nor do I do business with iPage currently. I emailed on Monday but still no response. Please give me some assistance.

- add a new domain, not working... need to contact them

You can't imagine the work and the hours staying in chat support with them to solve minimal errors:
- bought backup service, after 1 month disappears
