Wrong portrayal should be criticised. #Peddi Director should take lead responsibility. But jhanvi Kapoor or hero cannot be made completely zero-responsibility after performing, promoting, and benefiting from the same scenes. If there was discomfort during shoot, that should be respected. But using only director as scapegoat after backlash is also wrong. Cinema is collective art, so accountability also should be collective.

Yes, true. From now on, nobody should give negative feedback to any movie. Hundreds of people worked day and night, sacrificed sleep, spent months away from their families, and poured their hearts into it. So irrespective of the final output, only positive reviews should be allowed. And reviewers must make sure there's Jersey BGM playing in the background.
In fact, let's extend this noble principle to every profession.
• Employees should never receive a poor appraisal. Doesn't matter if targets were missed — they worked hard. Managers should start every rating discussion with "5/5 for effort" and end it with Jersey BGM.
• Students should never fail exams. Imagine the number of nights they stayed awake. Marks are insensitive. Effort is what matters.
• Restaurants should never get bad reviews. The chef stood near a hot stove for 12 hours. If the food tastes bad, that's your negativity speaking.
• Builders should never be questioned for poor construction. They worked under the sun all day. Please appreciate the effort, not the cracks in the wall.
• Cricket teams should never be criticized after a loss. The players trained hard. Scorecards are toxic.
Since we're abolishing feedback, let's do it properly.
The whole purpose of feedback is to judge the final output, not the number of hours spent creating it. Hard work deserves respect. It does not automatically earn praise.
At the end of the day, Barbell is doing exactly what reviewers are supposed to do — give an opinion. Agree with it or disagree with it. Counter it with facts, mock it, or ignore it. But trying to mute an opinion simply because it is negative is a much bigger problem than the opinion itself.
Funny how people celebrate "honest feedback" everywhere else in life, but when it comes to movies, criticism suddenly becomes a crime.

Bear never actually knew which version of Nikki was true. and instead of finding out he just… took the choice away entirely. that one directorial decision kind of says everything.
and it changes how you see Navarrette's performance looking back. every warm glance, every soft moment before the wish, you genuinely cannot tell anymore. Barker filmed both realities and then blurred them together on purpose. he didn't want you to have the clean answer.
which is what separates #Obsession from most films about unrequited love. they usually make the feeling clearly one sided so you know exactly what was lost. this one never tells you. and that uncertainty sits with you long after the film ends because that's actually how these situations work in real life. people make irreversible decisions about each other without ever knowing the full truth of what could have been.

I’m so glad today on this day we all are speaking about how actresses roles are being written and the instinctive response to blame actress after doing what she was offered ,dont blame the actress blame the system and makers who really think that’s what sells .. and we actors get to work within the opportunities what we get trying to make it big and hoping we would be working in bigger films and reach wider audiences.If the characters are underwritten the responsibility lies more with writing and filmmaking choices than woman playing the role . Unfortunately we are stereotyped by image which and how things unfold with characters that we play without getting the opportunity to showcase our full potential to perform ,whereas when the hero centered stories takeover the liberty to project . What we see is what we believe unfortunately. No body knows what gets into filmmaking it’s not under one persons choice but we all can unanimously make a point that we deserve better experiences and better filmmaking .
