@mayaofficialph is there an ongoing maintenance on the app? I can't transfer from both Gcash and Metrobank. I'm sure the issue is not Gcash or Metrobank because I was able to transfer from Gcash to Metrobank. Please reply ASAP.

@onlyvergel @mayaofficialph Same experience po. Nakakainis talaga yan, pag ang reach out ka sa chat support pero puro scripted replies lang 😩 walang real help. Para kang nakikipag-usap sa robot.

@jvvapjan @mayaofficialph Sa totoo lang nakakatakot na maglagay ng savings sa Maya. Ang dami nang reports na hindi maka-login at may nawawalang transfer.

@mayaofficialph OMG, Maya.. nakaka worry ka ng gamitin. Delikado ka na yatang lagyan ng savings dahil sa dami ng issues nyo. May mga di na maka log in, may hindi dumating ang pera from Maya. Lahat na yatang ng problema ay nasa inyo.

@burechemo Kung may unauthorized transactions na nangyayari sa Maya, malaking issue yan sa security. Users deserve better protection and support.

Hi @mayaofficialph any update with regards sa issue ko sa maya credit? I had an authorized transaction at 2am with MCASHSTARPAY. And FYI, wala akong idea na may MAYACREDIT ako. I just found out later when i am cleaning my inbox. I hope makarating to sa inyo to please lang!

@LiezKareen @mayaofficialph Sharing my experience, nag-open ako ng ticket, nag-follow up after 48 hours, tapos biglang closed without resolution. Worst feeling kasi ikaw pa mag-oopen ulit.

@mayaofficialph When do you plan to fix my wallet? When do you plan to make your customer service work? Did you know that your “chat” doesn’t do anything? Did you know that whenever we try calling, no one answers? Or we will just pretend that there’s nothing wrong?

In my experience, naka-ilang ticket number na ako pero pare-pareho lang sagot. Hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin resolved.
