SHFL is launching a new fully-onchain platform. ($SHFL is the token behind @Shufflecom) Fascinated to see how this plays out. Quick thoughts. The fully-onchain casino battlefield is… full of skeletons. Maybe @luckio is doing well, I’ve not checked for a while. Couple of things stand out: • 100% of net revenue from the new platform to $SHFL holders • @ishanhaq framed it as “$HYPE for gamba” - interesting comparison For context: @HyperliquidX / $HYPE worked because it nailed what perp traders actually want: execution quality. It made an on-chain perp DEX feel close to a CEX - fast, clean UI, low friction. That’s the real challenge here: make on-chain feel as smooth as off-chain. Historically, that’s been hard (I remember @noahdummett saying on a @nextdotio podcast that it would be hard to ever achieve). And if you're fully on-chain, you're excluding a billion slots. Perhaps they are doing their own, and less is more, right? Assuming instant game speed and revenue that can sustain the token (already well established and will continue to be supported from Shuffle itself)… curious (and excited!) to see how else the product differentiates.
