@qatarairways Many many thanks for all your efforts in this difficult situation. Our rebooking was seamless even though we had an extra flight to take. It is working out perfectly. Every Qatar employee, both on the ground and flight crew have been exceptional.

ok so i bought something this week (well a lot of things tbh) but I come from a talented musical family - my aunt is a very regarded jazz pianist and my grandad wrote songs that appeared in hollywood musicals - this may just show you how the apple never falls far from the tree...
