The formula that works every time: [WHAT] + [STYLE] + [COLOR] + [FEELING] Example: "Minimalist tech logo, blue gradient, innovative and clean" What: Tech logo Style: Minimalist Color: Blue gradient Feeling: Innovative Four elements. One sentence. Perfect result. Works for logos, slides, posts, videos. Save this. #Imagitar #DesignFormula

CodeCanyon didn't announce its decline. It just stopped showing up. A professional breakdown of what actually happened — and what it means for every independent developer. 🧵 1/ Between 2018 and 2023, CodeCanyon lost 70% of its sales volume. Not gradually. Consistently. Year over year. That number is the foundation of everything that followed. 2/ In 2024, Shutterstock acquired Envato for $245M. The investor thesis: subscriber growth, stock content library, revenue from Envato Elements. CodeCanyon and its authors were not referenced once in the strategic rationale. 3/ Since October 2024 — no official marketplace announcements. No campaigns. No roadmap. No responses to forum threads asking whether the platform is still being managed. 4/ New submissions are being hard rejected within hours. No feedback. No resubmission. Developers with decade-long track records and thousands of sales are receiving the same treatment as first-time submitters. 5/ Rejection processed in under 24 hours — consistently, across categories — is not human editorial review. It is automated filtering. The platform has operationalized a policy of exclusion without stating it. 6/ The people most affected are developers who built their first sustainable income through this platform. They didn't just lose revenue. They lost a proof of concept for their own careers. 7/ The alternatives exist. Direct sales, subscription platforms, independent distribution. But they require distribution infrastructure that CodeCanyon provided automatically. That transition is not trivial. 8/ Every platform decline follows the same sequence. Metrics drop. Strategic focus shifts. Communication stops. Contributors leave. Catalog degrades. Buyers leave. CodeCanyon is not at the end of that sequence. But it is past the point where the direction changes. 9/ The developers who recognize this early still have options. Those who wait for a formal announcement may find there isn't one. That's how platform shutdowns work in 2026. 10/ My question to the developer community: At what point does a platform's operational silence become a breach of responsibility to the people who built its catalog? Reply below. Especially if you've lived this firsthand. #codecanyon #SaaS #Developer #WebDeveloper

Quick question: If you could only keep 3 work tools, which 3? Rules: — Only 3 allowed — Everything else deleted Patterns I've noticed: Founders: Communication + Files + Meetings PMs: Tasks + Email + Docs Remote leads: Video + Files + Calendar Everyone needs the same capabilities. Just spread across too many tools. Your 3?

5 signs your work tools need fixing: 1. You search for files more than you use them 2. 10+ browser tabs open for work 3. Meetings start late due to link confusion 4. Team asks "where is that?" daily 5. Paying for same features in multiple apps Notice the pattern? Every fix starts with "one." One search. One tab. One click. One place. One bill. How many apply to you?

The #1 reason SaaS sellers abandon a marketplace in the first week: poor onboarding. When sellers arrive on a new marketplace, they're not just listing a product — they're making a business decision about whether this platform deserves their time and trust. What poor seller onboarding looks like in practice: → No structured "getting started" guide → Dashboard features with no context or explanation → Submission rejected with vague feedback like "incomplete information" → No visibility into where their listing stands in the review queue → Support response times measured in days, not hours The sellers who leave aren't necessarily selling bad products. They're just not willing to waste time figuring out a platform that doesn't explain itself. Seller onboarding isn't a nice-to-have. It directly determines what quality of products your marketplace attracts. #SaaS #SellerOnboarding #Marketplace #IndieHackers #SaaSGrowth

Be honest. If your work tools could hear you, what would you say? Some answers we've heard: "Why do I need 7 of you?" "Stop logging me out." "Why can't you talk to each other?" "Where's my file?" "Why does the link never work?" Your turn. Reply with yours. Best ones get featured.
