As one example, in April 2025, Mr. Nyarura submitted a request to withdraw from the Team of NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE, which we accepted. We are deeply grateful for Mr. Nyarura’s significant contributions. The operation and development of the work continue in collaboration with many involved parties. Since August 2025, we have been working toward an amicable resolution of disputes with Mr. Nyarura through our respective legal representatives, confirming facts and conducting discussions. We would also like to note that, in accordance with the relevant contracts, we have properly paid Mr. Nyarura compensation related to the game and IP revenues. As numerous individuals and organizations are involved in this project, we will refrain from disclosing specific details or individual circumstances at this time, out of consideration for confidentiality obligations and the potential impact on those concerned.
