F1/FIA prevented the drivers from doing a cooldown

@MSoapySage @CroftyF1 Hey @MSoapySage this issue with George (#66) was NOT fuel - his car weight with fuel passed inspection, it was when they took out the remaining fuel. Then they had a weight issue. Why? Because he (Russell) did not pick up "Marbles" during a cool down lap.

@PatQ1969 @CroftyF1 Hey @PatQ1969 - this is common when drivers use tires for long period. Normally, experienced drivers know this; read (google) about picking up "Marbles" after a race. However, F1/FIA prevented a cool down lap, and forced the car directly into the Pit - this is NOT normal!

@phisee @CroftyF1 Correct, if you run long on tires (tyres) your race engineer should be banging in your ear on the cool down lap to hit the outside of the race line to pick up marbles. With hot tires, you can easily pick up 300 - 400 grams per tire! But, FIA/F1 prevented a cool down lap!
