Lose weight NOW. Most fat people don't start exercising because they know they can't lose it all in 4 months and that's why they don't do it. If you're only a little chubby now it can take only 2 months to get perfect. Better to start now than later.

@tuliepi for me i've always held more fat in my arms and unfortunately even at bmi 18/19 the only thing thats rlly made me lose stubborn arm fat is doing arm workouts
