We had to say goodbye to our sweet Ethel yesterday. She was our miracle dog. Just showed up in our yard, chose us, and said she was staying. She changed my life, teaching me about resilience and love and how much you gain when you trust. She gave so much, and I miss her dearly.

@kembageorge @KeneAkers @krizzypowell Or. . . How about we do our jobs as parents, as per OP, and teach this at home? There are too many unfunded mandates in public Ed that are designed to do things that parents can and should do. If we want these courses in schools, we should be prepared to pay for them.

@KeneAkers @krizzypowell All things kids would be better served by learning in school instead of things they’ll likely never use again like Geometry. This is a great thing you’re doing for them even though they may not see it yet
