Day 138 - We up again 😋
ROAS: 2.65
Revenue: $3,124

Net Profit Margin: ~30%
Good bounce back today.. Meta finally decided to be nice again. I've already tested over 300 different creatives probably 😳
So.. A lot of people are preparing for Q4 and heres what I think
Q4 isnt just black friday 🤔
everyone hypes up Black Friday and Cyber Monday but from my observations from 8 figure guys, the real winners see Q4 as multiple peaks:
- Pre Black Friday: early deals, email list building, warming up audiences
- Black Friday: The big spike ($100k days incoming)
- Christmas: hella gifting (huge opportunities)
- Q5 (january: Lower CPMS?? + post-holiday momentum
so moral of the story, don't just plan for Black Friday, plan for litterally the entire Q4 or else you are leaving weaks of money on the table.
so heres what I'm doing:
- making a lot of creatives: so i can build a library of winter specific ads before november
- coming up with offers: bundles, discounts, free gifts that protect margins while boosting AOV
- scaling mindset: 80/20 rule.. 80% winning concepts, 20% testing new angles/desires/avatars
