If your strategy only works once a day you're capped Build something that fires on every session open 5 trades a day beats one perfect trade a day every single time on props

The trailing draw down is what kills you, not the market Risk too small and it eats you slowly Risk too big and you break the consistency rule There's a number in between and that's the whole game

Stop hunting doesn't exist The open is just a pile of overnight orders hitting at once Stop blaming market makers and start marking the fair price

Your equity curve doesn't matter on a prop firm Your pass rate does Stop back testing like you're trading a live account when you're trading rules

The firms aren't scamming you They wrote the rules in the help center and you didn't read them They make money on people who skip the math So do the math

@1TickRob true! I've found trading accs individually removes all possibility of tilt as well

@itsjjsimon Copy trading itself isn’t the problem. Poor risk management is. You basically laid out the real issue at the end of your post. If one tilt day can wipe you out, that’s a sizing and discipline problem, not a copy trading problem.

You don't need to win every trade to crush prop firms You need a repeatable pass rate and the discipline to not blow it on the funded side Most people have the edge and throw it away with tilt

I’ll never understand the issue traders have with @ApexTradeFund . I’m still a relatively new trader (1.5 years) with no affiliation code with them and they’ve paid me $70,000 in the last 3 months in payouts. They’re pretty fucking legit to me. Maybe it’s a you problem 🤣🤷‍♂️

@X7THEGOAT I studied quant finance in college and was paper trading for those 2 years. I started props a bit before graduation and made my first payout in 2 weeks so I was never unprofitable in prop firms. On paper I was for sure. look into a more mathematical approach id suggest.
