hit over $22k rev for first 15 days of feb. the momentum is building.
the bigger picture: i'm removing myself from operations.
several team leaders in training. they're learning ideation, QC, niche research and full setup. goal is teams run completely without me.
50 editors now (was a massive bottleneck 2-3 weeks ago) with systems in place to prevent quality from dropping at large scale.
launched 16 channels this month and testing one sub niche which can have multiple channels running with only 1 team member (not ai stories/stock footage).
my time is 75% research and SOPs now. exactly where i think it should be.
the only things that need me: payment system. once that is sorted the biz will be able to run without me indefinitely.
$100,000 MONTH IN MARCH

Started 2025 making $0 from YouTube. Ended with $200k. $100k in Q4 alone.
At 18. I doubled my original goal and had tens of millions of views.
Learned more this year than probably all 18 before it combined.
But I'm nowhere near where I want to be.
🎯2026 goals:
- $3m revenue from YouTube/business
- Move to Cyprus
- Get a life
renn@rennhar
🎯my goals & actionable steps for 2025... - $100k minimum from yt (good niche, milk it, act quicker) - grow twitter to 10,000 followers (share growth, give unique value) - connect with more creators - build a stronger community

83gb of raw footage..
First person to guess what I'm cooking up gets $100 😉
No, it's not a course. No, it's not OF 💀

I stopped chasing viral videos a while back.
Best decision I ever made.
Before: Spending weeks on "viral" content that would hit big then completely die.
Now: Consistent videos that just keep bringing in views and money.
Viral videos are like getting drunk. Amazing for one night, then you wake up with nothing.
Consistent content is different. Boring at first, but it builds something real.
My income is way higher now with these "boring" videos than when I was trying to go viral every upload.
The algorithm changed. It doesn't care about your one big hit anymore.
It wants to see you show up consistently.
Stop chasing the high. Start building something that lasts.
Trust me on this one.

@thegoldeenhand Curious why you're running 30 different channels
Are they all fully automated? Seems more simple to run a smaller amount at higher quality.

2 devices, no proxies, no vpns + 30 channels, one Adsense and the rest of payments comes from MCN.
This is my current setup lol.
Also, I use two devices because I use one solely to render and upload content.
(I don’t make $50k but we getting there)
I don’t think you need to deal with this complications unless you run risky af niches 🙏

I know guys doing $50k a month from two shorts channels & 1 Adsense. And there’s people doing $4k a month with 4 proxies, 5 Adsense accounts, 9 phones, 2 laptops & a separate VPN for each. Don’t overcomplicate things for the sake of over complicating them.

I just made a walkthrough on how to turn any video library into a searchable, chat-ready AI tutor
it can:
– find answers instantly without scrubbing through hours of video
– show you the exact video & timestamp the answer came from
– understand what’s happening on-screen visually, not just the audio
reply “video” and I’ll DM you the walkthrough (must be following)

@apollonator3000 yes but i will rarely read a book cover to cover. I enjoy grabbing a book off the shelf and skipping around in it for inspiration about a certain topic

Agreed, I delegate all writing + editing for my channels but over time I can feel it get harder to put myself in the shoes of the writers and editors.
Part of that is because I give feedback in the form of one or two line comments. Going to work on fully rewriting some segments as examples to get more involved in the process.

i'm in a weird position where i can (and do) outsource almost everything except ideation...
but this has also made me forget how to do a lot of things
for example, i have completely forgot how to code over the years
i've transitioned into more of a project manager
i understand how to map out AI logic at a very high-level, but i kinda just convey it to devs - i don't have to worry about the implementation
i think this is a bad road to go down, so i'mma go on a journey to become more technical, without relying on the cursor agent lmao
