@efc_fanservices Help me please. I haven't received my digital season ticket and have been trying to conyact you via the Box Office for 2 days but got cut off on each occasion after queuing for 20 mins or so and now the Box Office isn't taking calls. Help!

@efc_fanservices @cookie3521 I have the same issue and have been trying for 48 hours to get through to the box office. I queued several times and then was cut off each time and now the box office is closed for calls. I'm facing a 2.5 hour round trip early tomorrow to go the box office and sort for my friend
