@j4des Landlords do tend to pay whoever is cheap.. the quality varies. When I was renting we had told the landlord about mice and she said it would be summer soon so they should go on their own.. yeah.. no

my landlord is coming up from england this weekend and i can’t wait to see what he says about none of the windows having vents bc he had no idea until i told him. it’s causing a mould problem in the house due to bad ventilation and it is stressing me out :)
