@mari_l_niesen What a strong reminder that we need to take care of not only our veterans, but everyone suffering with a mental illness. We should ALL be doing more, and a great way to start is by simply reaching out #SUSocialWork

@stephanieiz13 So sad! We need to provide shelters for these people. We need to give them addiction treatments and job training. We need to do more!

@stephanieiz13 This is so sweet. The world needs more people like these guys! Something so simple can completely change someone’s day, or even their life!

@DawnWeissSmith This is horrible. These people are “pro-life” but are willing to sentence women to death for making choices regarding their own bodies and wellbeing?

@atomasura As long as the program is completely voluntary, this could be a great way to prevent unwanted pregnancies while also helping at-risk women improve their lives! I’m all for safe methods of contraception, as long as participants consent to it

It’s a constitutional right in South Africa to have access to housing. It’s a good idea in theory, but it’s not being executed appropriately. theconversation.com/promise-of-rig…

@lnicholscaraway Drug addiction needs to be treated as a disease! A person should not have to suffer for their entire life, and be labeled a criminal, for falling into the trap of addiction. I hope someday we can see policy reform in this area.

@stephanieiz13 I totally agree! I’m all for a quick adoption process, but I hate to think that it would be at the cost of what is best for the children.

@MarieClaireWil2 This is horrible. I know the US still has a long way to go in terms of LGBTQ acceptance, but this really puts it into perspective. I hope someday the LGBTQ community of Brunei can be accurately represented and respected 🏳️‍🌈
