If your pt has chronic diarrhoea without apparent cause, and they’ve had a cholecystectomy or Rt hemicolectomy - consider bile acid malabsorption / diarrhoea. A trial of colestyramine is useful.If it is BAM / BAD then this treatment could be life-changing for pts. #GastroTwearls
